The Black Hawk College women’s soccer team made history with a 9-0 win over Illinois Valley Community College on September 23, 2021. It was the team’s first win since the competition started a month earlier.
“We got our first win of the year and for the program!” Tweeted Abbie Metz, the first ever women’s soccer head coach for the Braves.

“What a day for Black Hawk College women’s football this afternoon! We met six different players in our 9-0 win! ”Said Metz. “You can’t put this feeling into words!”
